Return & Exchange

Kindly check your order upon arrival. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please email
wecare@jannahnoe.com with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video for a
prompt evaluation and resolution.

At JannahNoe, we will ensure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there is an issue with the item received, kindly refer to the policy below for further information and assistance.

All returns will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

EXCHANGE

  1. The sale or discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Return window : Within 7 days of the received date only
  3. Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, original price tags and labels must be attached and  item must be in its original packaging.
  4. Following reason will not be considered as a valid ground for a return, such as 'Change of Mind' & 'Not as per advertised'.
  5. Exchange can be made valid for 1 time only once the request has been approved. 
  6. Customers are not eligible to make an exchange with a different design. Only subject to the stock availability of colours and sizes.
  7. The customer bears all shipping costs of the returned item(s), and we are not liable until the item reaches our office.

REFUND

  1. Refunds are not allowed. Terms & conditions are applied for all JannahNoe collection. 
  2. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request at our discretion should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund and exchange policy.
  3. Jannahnoe is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with the correct Order ID will be attended.
  4. Refund will be proceed by store credit to Jannahnoe account only if Item (s) ordered is out of stock.

 

DEFECT/INCORRECT ITEM

  1. Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item or the item received is incorrect. For both reasons, returning and replacement postage is free and covered by Jannahnoe.
  2. All return or exchange item(s) postage fees will only be refunded through store credit.
  3. We will offer to exchange with a different price from the original product, but it's only considered if the item you purchased is out of stock. (No refund upon the balance)

 

CANCELATION

  1. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed because they are immediately sent out for processing. If the order has not yet been shipped, you must wait to receive the package and follow the official Return & Exchange Policy.

 

How to Request an Exchange: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Review Eligibility & Prepare Unboxing Video
• Before proceeding, kindly review our return and exchange policy to ensure your item qualifies for an exchange.
• We highly recommend recording an unboxing video immediately upon receiving your parcel. This will assist our team in verifying any issue and ensuring a smoother and faster review process.

Step 2: Contact Our Team
• Any exchange or item-related issue must be emailed directly to wecare@jannahnoe.com. Kindly include your order number, details of the issue, and reason for the exchange request.

Step 3: Wait For Approval
• Our customer service team will review your request accordingly. You will receive an email response within 1–2 working days regarding the status of your request, along with the next instructions if approved.

Step 4: Return the Item
• Once your exchange request has been approved, kindly pack the item with Return Form  securely and ship it to the return address provided in the approval email.
