At JannahNoe, we will ensure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product purchased online within 7 days of the received date, and you only can return the items to our HQ. Your application will not be processed for any customer who sends a returned item to the boutique.
All returns will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Exchange & Refund purpose
- The sale or discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in the exact condition upon purchase with the tag attached. Be sure to include the cover notes/air waybills.
- Exchange can be made valid for 1 time only once the request has been approved.
- Customers are not eligible to make an exchange with a different design. Only subject to the stock availability of colours and sizes.
- The customer bears all shipping costs of the returned item(s), and we are not liable until the item reaches our office.
- Refunds are not allowed. Terms & conditions are applied for all JannahNoe collection.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund request at our discretion should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund and exchange policy.
- The following reasons will not be considered valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as "I changed my mind", "I chose the wrong size" (for apparel) or "I don't want it anymore".
- Jannahnoe is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with the correct Order ID will be attended.
- Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item or the item received is faulty. For both reasons, returning and replacement postage is free and covered by Jannahnoe.
- All return or exchange item(s) postage fees will only be refunded through store credit.
- We will offer to exchange with a different price from the original product, but it's only considered if the item you purchased is out of stock. (No refund upon the balance)
Can I return my item for an exchange?
Should the item received to you is wrong, damaged, or defective, please contact us at email@example.com as we would assist you in exchange. Be sure to indicate your order number and provide us with a snapshot of the item received.
**Following reason will not be considered as a valid ground for a return, such as 'Change of Mind' & 'Not as per advertised'.
When will I receive my exchange item?
A return will need to be initiated before a replacement can be processed. Please allow our team 2-3 business days to review your item for a quality control inspection after the parcel has arrived. Once completed, we will notify you via email of your return item.
If my return item is not exchangeable, can I request a refund?
Refunds will only be reimbursed in the form of store credit. The amount will be automatically deducted when you place your next order on our website but we will try our best to exchange with a new item depends on stock availibility on our website.
