Dear customer, online order operation as usual. However , all shipment will be slightly delay due to the restriction movement of Covid-19 in our country since the cases keep increasing day by day. The movement of shipment will slow due manangeable by minimal team by all parties. You may get the parcel in anytime.
Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM 10
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van Tariff Rate.
International Delivery
We charge based on Easy Parcel International postage fees.
Shipping Policy :
JannahNoe Empire Sdn. Bhd. would like to assure you that order processing operation will still take some time due to our shipping schedule arrange by our team. Do expect some delay in your orders during this festive season.
As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to you home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub. Alternative pick-up/deliveries will be arranged by our courier partner should your area/location is restricted or non-accesible.
READY STOCK ITEM :
7-10 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia exclude packaging process 7-14 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak exclude packaging process. This depends 100% on the courier service employed

Due to high volume of orders, sale item will be ship out by turn within 7 of working days.
Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there!
Could I pickup my order?
Orders placed through website cannot be self-picked up at our boutique.
