1. Pre- Order Products
PRE-ORDER is placing orders in advance of stock being made by Jannahnoe and requires a full payment up front.

2. Price & Payment
We will be charged the full price of the products.
Methods of payment accepted are provided, may refer to Payment terms and condition.

3. Estimated Date of Shipment
PRE-ORDER products will be start ship out starting on 01 July 2022.
We will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as product is ready, please do bare and understand that there may be delays.

4. Cancellation
Customer should be aware that once order has been made for PRE-ORDER products it may not be cancel or refund. All orders that has been made will automatically start to produced and prepared. Any cancellation of orders will affect the production side of the product, as all other orders.
