Shipping Details
Purchases made will be prossed, carefully packed and dispatched/ shipped soon as the order is received. We will email an confirmation order and tracking number to you once for your delivery. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your parcel.
We would like to note that shipment will take longer than usual during FESTIVE / PEAK SEASONS due to the high demand, please expect a slight delay for the delivery and/or if your parcel get held back for customs clearance (for international orders).
Once your parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handled by the Delivery Courier.
**Please note, all international orders are subjected to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees wil be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your JANNAHNOE order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees must be paid by the PARCEL RECEIPENT.
Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM 10
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van Tariff Rate.
International Delivery
We charge based on Easy Parcel International postage fees.

JannahNoe Empire Sdn. Bhd. would like to assure you that order processing operation will still take some time due to our shipping schedule arrange by our team. Do expect some delay in your orders during this festive season.
As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to you home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub. Alternative pick-up/deliveries will be arranged by our courier partner should your area/location is restricted or non-accesible.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there!
Could I pickup my order?
Orders placed through website cannot be self-picked up at our boutique.
