ETHEREAL — A Lace Reverie, Woven for the Quietly Radiant

Ethereal is a kebaya that lives up to its name—light, intricate, and unforgettable. The top, crafted from embroidered lace and lined with poly cotton, offers full coverage with a delicate touch. A border lace trails down the center bodice, adding vertical elegance, while scalloped embroidery and pleated sleeves bring texture and movement. A discreet back zipper completes the silhouette with ease.

The pencil skirt, made from metallic sheen, balances the softness of the top with subtle structure. Back pleats allow graceful flow, while the zipper closure ensures a clean finish.

Shipping details

Purchases made will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/ shipped soon as the order is received. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 7 -14 working days, please contact us through wecare@jannahnoe.com. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your parcel.

We would like to note that shipment will take longer than usual during festive or peak seasons due to the high demand. Please expect a slight delay in the delivery if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance (for international orders). Once your parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your package will be handled by the Delivery Courier.

**Please note all international orders are subjected to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your Jannahnoe order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Postage charges

1. Domestic Delivery

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

East Malaysia         : RM10

Sabah & Sarawak : RM15

For the first 1kg and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van Tariff Rate.

2. International Delivery
We charge based on Easy Parcel International postage fees.

JannahNoe Empire Sdn Bhd would like to assure you that the order processing operation will still take some time due to our shipping schedule arranged by our team. As per advise from our courier partner, ensure that your delivery address is changed to your home address for the time being to ensure the parcel is not held in their Hub. Our courier partner will arrange alternative pick-up/deliveries should your area/location is restricted or non-accessible.
