Pre-order is an order placed for an item that has yet to be released by JannahNoe and we require a full payment upfront.

Price  & Payment
We will be charged the total price of the products. Methods of payment accepted are provided, may refer to payment terms and conditions.

Estimated Date of Shipment
Pre-order products will start shipping out starting on based on state. We will deliver products as soon as the product is ready. Please bear and understand that there may be delays.

Cancellation
Customers should be aware that it may not be cancelled or refunded once the order has been made for pre-order products. All orders made will automatically start to be produced and prepared. Any cancellation of orders will affect the production side of the product, as with all other orders.
